Privacy Policy

1. Scope and patient-data notice

This policy applies to Elite Nurse Shift Tracker, a Heartbeat Humor product, and this website. The service is not designed for protected health information. Do not enter patient names, medical record numbers or other identifiable patient information. Patient headcount is intended only as a non-identifying number.

2. Information processed

• App and access information: information needed to recognize subscription entitlement and provide Elite access.
• Planner information: shifts, stamps, notes, headcount numbers, time-away entries, life stamps, reflections and cash-flow entries that you choose to enter. Current project materials describe these planner entries as stored locally on your device; no cloud-backup feature is advertised.
• Subscription information: plan, purchase status, renewal status, transaction identifiers and related entitlement information provided by payment and subscription platforms.
• Support information: your email address and information you include when contacting support.
• Website technical information: limited request, device, browser, security and hosting logs that may be processed by the website host to deliver and protect the site.

3. How information is used

Information is processed to operate the website and app, provide and restore subscription access, process purchases, answer support requests, maintain security, troubleshoot technical issues and comply with legal obligations. We do not claim to use advertising trackers or third-party marketing analytics that have not been confirmed in the current implementation.

4. Subscription and payment providers

RevenueCat is used to manage subscription status and entitlement. Stripe processes website payments. Apple and Google may process app-store purchases where applicable. Payment-card details are provided directly to the payment platform and are not described as being stored directly by Elite Nurse Shift Tracker. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Other service providers

Hosting, infrastructure, security and communications providers may process limited information as necessary to deliver the website, app and support. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer, subject to applicable law.

6. Retention

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including providing access, resolving support issues, meeting legal or accounting obligations and protecting the service. Locally stored planner entries remain on your device until you remove them, remove the app or your device’s operating system otherwise clears them. Provider records are retained according to the provider’s policies and applicable law.

7. Security

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect information, but no electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for protecting access to your device, email and purchase-platform accounts.

8. Your choices

You may choose what planner information to enter, avoid entering sensitive information, manage subscription settings through the purchase platform, and contact support about access or privacy questions. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law.

9. Children’s privacy

Elite Nurse Shift Tracker is intended for working adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13.

10. Policy changes

This policy may be updated as the service, providers or legal requirements change. The last-updated date above will identify the current version.
