1. The service

Elite Nurse Shift Tracker is a scheduling, organization and shift-planning tool from Heartbeat Humor. It helps users organize work shifts and personal planning. The service may change as the product is improved.

2. Not medical care

Elite Nurse Shift Tracker is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, clinical documentation or clinical decision-making. Do not rely on the service for patient care, emergencies or workplace clinical requirements.

3. No protected health information

Do not enter patient names, medical record numbers, dates of birth, contact details, diagnoses or any other protected health information (PHI) or identifiable patient information. The patient headcount feature is intended only for a non-identifying number.

4. Subscriptions and premium access

Monthly access is $9.99 per month. Annual access is $79.99 per year. Premium access requires an active subscription. Subscriptions may automatically renew according to the terms shown by the payment platform used for purchase. Website purchases are expected to be processed through Stripe with subscription entitlement managed by RevenueCat; purchases through Apple or Google, where available, are governed by the applicable store.

Manage or cancel your subscription through the platform where you purchased it. Cancellation generally stops future renewal and does not necessarily create a refund for a current billing period. Platform-specific billing and refund rules apply. Pricing may change in the future where permitted, with notice provided as required by the applicable platform or law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer it where prohibited, use it unlawfully, or enter information you do not have the right to use. You are responsible for entries made through your device or account.

6. Intellectual property

Elite Nurse Shift Tracker, its visual design, content, trademarks, logos and software are owned by Heartbeat Humor or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service, not ownership of it.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Features may be updated, suspended or discontinued. Keep independent records of information that is important to you.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heartbeat Humor and the people involved in providing Elite Nurse Shift Tracker are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits or losses resulting from reliance on the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. The updated date will appear above. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
